Warby Parker is seeking a Licensed Optical Assistant Manager to join their in-house Optical team and create exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be skilled in optical management and customer service.

Skills

Knowledge of optical standards and metrics

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to meet their eyewear needs
Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear
Check that finished eyewear meets standards
Manage a team of Opticians and lead by example
Uphold service standards and promote employee engagement
Support store operations and HR policies

Education

Licensed dispensing optician
ABO certification in non-licensing states
