Warehouse Associates - Weekly Pay!

Day shift and Overnight shift opportunities! Our team in Kansas City, MO, is currently hiring Warehouse Production Associates for our day and overnight shifts! Join a team that ensures pets are rewarded with healthy pet treats. We offer competitive pay with opportunities for advancement and overtime hours. Associates are also eligible to receive referral bonuses of $100 for EVERY referral and other incentives. We are currently scheduling associates on rotating 12-hour/4-day work week shifts, followed by 4 days off.


  • 1st Shift (Days):
    6am - 6:30pm
  • 2nd Shift (Nights): 6pm - 6:30am

Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.00 / hour

Duties:
  • Prepare product for shipment
  • Picking/packing product
  • Palletizing
  • Inspecting products while following standardized operating procedures and/or work instruction
  • Warehouse cleaning Duties

Position Requirements:
  • Associates must be able to read and understand English work instructions and comply with Food Manufacturing GMP policy.
  • We require slip resistant steel toe shoes in the facility and do not allow on-site smoking.
  • Must be able to stand for 12 hours.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old, Able to Lift 40 pounds, required education: No Education Requirement
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $15.50 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
