TSMC Arizona is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. TSMC Arizona’s Material Management Department’s own Warehouse Management Programs is responsible for material handling (receiving, stowing, picking, packing, fulfilling, etc.), inventory management (quality and accuracy), and continuous process improvements.

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:

• Operates the warehouse, including receiving, packaging, storing, loading, unloading, packaging, and shipping of supplies, materials, and equipment in a timely manner.
• Accounts for all materials and supplies; audits goods received into the warehouse for quality and accuracy and troubleshoots problems.
• Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
• With the support of the Warehouse Operations Specialist, the Warehouse Operator will ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
• Warehouse safety and 5s maintenance (sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain)
• The role will require operations, training, and certification of a powered industrial truck (PIT), like a forklift and other material handling equipment or machinery, as well as HAZMAT material handling and storage. (training and certification will be provided free of cost)

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, college degree, or relative experience in operations, logistics or in a similar field is a plus.
• 2+ year(s) of relevant warehouse experience and operations. Over 1 year of warehouse management is a plus
• Certified as a forklift operator is a plus.
• Working knowledge of relevant regulations such as HAZMAT material handling and storage with certification, or ability to become certified in one or more of these areas as necessary.
• Passionate for warehouse logistics and knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Experience in inventory management software, databases, familiarity with SAP, MS office, refrigeration engineers, ASRS, and AGV is a plus.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work in a team environment.
• Effective organizational and time management skill set.
• Physical fitness for performing the warehouse activities like standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting heavy objects up to 49LBS.
