Warehouse Team Coordinator

Starting Pay: $23.50/hour

Mid-Shift: Monday -Thursday 230pm to 11pm. Possible overtime on Fridays and volunteer overtime on Saturdays. Attendance bonuses and discounts on products!

The Warehouse Team Coordinator is a team leader who supports and trains the warehouse team in essential functions and skills, ensuring effective operation and continuous improvement of warehouse and manufacturing processes. They will lead the team in executing safe and efficient production plans using structured lean work and management systems and responding effectively to abnormal conditions. The Coordinator will also monitor work, verify product accuracy and quality, requisition materials and supplies, motivate employees, and allocate production resources to meet customer demands. They will maintain records, champion continuous improvement, lead shift meetings, provide feedback, and assist in recruiting, inventory counts, waste disposal, and other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates and/or two years manufacturing preferred
• 1-year experience required preferably in a lead or supervisory role
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse / distribution environment

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including but not limited to reach truck, forklift, pallet jack, scan gun, etc.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate respect to others with a positive and supportive attitude.
• Able to manage / escalate employee relationship issues.
• Previous SAP experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Must be available to work across multiple shifts.
• Must be able to work OT if required (within reason).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must wear all prescribed PPE including, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety glasses, respirator and steel toed shoes.
