Zakres obowiązków:
1. Wsparcie sprzedaży i promocji usług platform player i TVN24+:
Udział w realizacji strategii sprzedażowej serwisów VOD
Obsługa kampanii promocyjnych online
Monitorowanie i optymalizacja ścieżek zakupowych w serwisie
2. Analiza wyników i zachowań użytkowników:
Analiza danych sprzedażowych
Przygotowywanie raportów i rekomendacji wspierających rozwój sprzedaży
Śledzenie trendów rynkowych i działań konkurencji w e-commerce i branży VOD
3. Obsługa platform sprzedażowych i narzędzi e-commerce:
Codzienna praca z CMS, systemem e-commerce oraz narzędziami analitycznymi
Wsparcie przy przygotowywaniu treści ofertowych i promocyjnych (np. landing page, banery, newslettery)
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie wyższe lub w trakcie studiów (preferowane kierunki: marketing, e-commerce, analityka danych lub pokrewne)
Podstawowa znajomość zagadnień e-commerce i zainteresowanie tematyką sprzedaży online
Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i wyciągania wniosków
Zdolność do samodzielnego organizowania pracy oraz efektywnej współpracy w zespole
Otwartość na naukę i chęć rozwoju w obszarze e-commerce i analityki
Dbałość o szczegóły, dokładność i terminowość
Mile widziane:
Doświadczenie (np. praktyki, staż) w pracy z CMS lub platformami e-commerce
Podstawowa znajomość podstawowych narzędzi analitycznych (np. Google Analytics)
Umiejętność projektowania treści marketingowych (np. opisy ofert, banery)
Znajomość branży VOD, trendów rynkowych i zachowań użytkowników w serwisach streamingowych
Zainteresowanie UX oraz optymalizacją ścieżki zakupowej użytkownika
Komunikatywność i pozytywne nastawienie do pracy zespołowej
Kreatywność oraz inicjatywa w poszukiwaniu usprawnień

Responsibilities:
1. Support for sales and promotion of player and TVN24+ platform services:
Participation in the implementation of the sales strategy for VOD services
Handling online promotional campaigns
Monitoring and optimizing purchase paths on the website
2. Analysis of results and user behavior:
Analysis of sales data
Preparing reports and recommendations to support sales development
Tracking market trends and competitor activities in e-commerce and the VOD industry
3. Handling sales platforms and e-commerce tools:
Daily work with CMS, e-commerce system, and analytical tools
Support in preparing promotional and offer content (e.g., landing pages, banners, newsletters)
Requirements:
Higher education or in the process of studying (preferred fields: marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, or related)
Basic knowledge of e-commerce and interest in online sales topics
Analytical thinking and drawing conclusions
Ability to organize work independently and effectively collaborate in a team
Openness to learning and willingness to develop in the field of e-commerce and analytics
Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
Nice to have:
Experience (e.g., internships, traineeships) in working with CMS or e-commerce platforms
Basic knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Ability to design marketing content (e.g., offer descriptions, banners)
Knowledge of the VOD industry, market trends, and user behavior in streaming services
Interest in UX and optimization of the user purchase path
Communicativeness and positive attitude towards teamwork
Creativity and initiative in seeking improvements
