As a Senior Engagement Manager in the Strategy & Transformation practice you will lead and own multiple client-facing advisory and consulting engagements as well as business operations and strategic development projects. In this leadership role you will utilize your broad and deep business consulting experience to successfully partner with our clients to achieve their vision and goals.
As a key member of the Management Consulting Leadership Team, you will lead engagement projects and direct teams of consultants in meeting or exceeding performance expectations with respect to quality, delivery, profit, and productivity. Additionally, this role is responsible for identifying and implementing client solutions rooted in best practices, solution frameworks, methodologies, and industry trends. This role collaborates closely with other senior leaders to assist in the development of annual budgets and is responsible for delivering specific business development targets to grow Aspirant’s overall business.
