Product Marketing Manager, Engagement & Loyalty
This is a hybrid role based in the Bay Area.
On the Waymo Marketing team, you will connect people with the magic of Waymo's autonomous driving technology. Our team has the unique opportunity to build societal acceptance for autonomous driving technology for the first time in history. We build thoughtful marketing strategy, positioning, and creative to convey messages that matter to our audience, communicated through touch points ranging from video to social media to immersive physical experiences. In this role you'll:
Craft a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) strategy to inform, engage, and retain our riders and drive loyalty.
Develop rider programs and lifecycle strategy to drive engagement and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives with a focus on experimentation and optimization.
Own email strategy, development, and execution. Utilize segmentation and insights to construct rider journeys and targeted campaigns.
Manage Waymo’s website content strategy and development as our technology and product evolve.
Partner closely with members of the marketing and cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Data Science to build tooling, run and measure experiments, and optimize lifecycle marketing tactics.
At a minimum we’d like you to have:
10+ years of Product or Growth Marketing experience in a consumer-facing company, with the majority of time spent on engagement and loyalty.
Experience with CRM strategy, management, and execution, with understanding of creative, tooling, and resourcing requirements to be successful.
A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to enhance the rider experience.
Comfort with ambiguity and building programs and processes from scratch.
Track record of success increasing customer retention and engagement.
Ability to lead and prioritize several work streams at once.
It’s preferred if you have:
Experience working on user programs at a high growth B2C company.
Results-oriented marketer with proven analytical skills; basic SQL skills are a plus.
Experience running experiments and analyzing user performance.
Experience managing digital, web, and / or email content production; basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below.
