Software Engineer, Data Platform

As a Software Engineer on the Data Platform team at Wayve, you will be responsible for designing and developing the infrastructure that supports our end-to-end machine learning processes. This includes managing data ingestion, labeling, storage, and ensuring quality control of datasets. You will collaborate with machine learning researchers and other engineers to enrich and visualize data, implementing efficient data processing solutions to enhance the performance of our self-driving algorithms.

To qualify for the Software Engineer position at Wayve, candidates should possess at least 7 years of professional experience in Software Engineering or Data Engineering, with proficiency in Python. Experience with building reliable data pipelines, concurrent and distributed computing, and cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) is essential. Additionally, familiarity with data processing technologies like Databricks or Apache Spark will be highly valuable.
