Security Engineering Manager, Trust and Safety
Webflow is seeking a Trust & Safety Manager to play an essential role in keeping their platform safe. The ideal candidate will lead diverse teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive operational execution of product launches.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with legal, security, operations, and product teams to develop risk management strategies
- Drive operational execution of Product launches related to Trust & Safety
- Evaluate processes and make recommendations for efficiency improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop core playbooks and establish best practices
- Build and maintain detailed reporting for other leaders
- Project manage key initiatives to support Trust & Safety mission
- Solve problems strategically and proactively scale Trust & Safety with tools and processes
