Senior Customer Success Manager, East

Webflow is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive value for their Enterprise Customers, leveraging their leading visual development platform to ensure successful onboarding and continual achievement of business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers
  • Work with customers to understand their goals and processes
  • Drive account strategy and create success plans
  • Guide customers on launching and optimizing Webflow deployments
  • Conduct executive business reviews
  • Collaborate with the Renewals Management team
  • Report customer information and insights back to the business

Education

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management
