Senior Customer Success Manager, East
Webflow is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive value for their Enterprise Customers, leveraging their leading visual development platform to ensure successful onboarding and continual achievement of business goals.

Responsibilities
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers
- Work with customers to understand their goals and processes
- Drive account strategy and create success plans
- Guide customers on launching and optimizing Webflow deployments
- Conduct executive business reviews
- Collaborate with the Renewals Management team
- Report customer information and insights back to the business
Education
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management
