The Website Coordinator focus on managing website updates, merchandising, and support for site experience improvement projects for all Benefit websites and digital properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute website content updates, including merchandising, translations, homepage, landing pages, and product pages.
• Work with Creative teams to proactively plan, build and project manage new product launches, translation and deploys to local sites in a timely manner.
• Perform and share competitive site audits, and make suggestions on how to improve our website.
• Support Web/CRM teams in successful implementation of new digital projects and releases, assist with site QA and release support.
• Be the primary support contact in communicating action items, following up where needed, as well as answering ad hoc questions.
• Create, maintain and disseminate documentation on how to use our systems.
• Provide training and support for local teams as necessary.

Qualifications:

• HTML skills required
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with websites and content management systems highly preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to collaborate closely with creatives
• Ability to work well across the organization

Schedule:

• Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly

The target salary range for this position is $21.00 - $35.00 /hour. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
