Our mission is to transform the way the world’s most influential SaaS, FinTech, and Blockchain companies compete in today's digital landscape.Position OverviewAs a Motion Graphics Designer at Webstacks, you will collaborate with the Design team on a diverse range of illustrations and animations for website projects with B2B tech clients ranging from newly-funded startups to international enterprises. From initial creative ideation through successful implementation onto a website, you will work closely with our Design team to plan and execute the best website illustrations and animations for high-growth tech clients. You are naturally curious, asking questions when there are opportunities to make illustrations and animations more impactful, and have a keen sense of visual aesthetic, working with a wide-range of different illustrative styles.Details of the role• Type of Work: Part-time, 20-30 hours/week• Location: South America - Remote (Pacific Standard Time working hours)• Hourly Rate: $20-25/hourHigh-Level Responsibilities• Create a diverse range of illustrations and animations for different client’s websites using content brief and best practices for implementing performance-optimized visuals on a range of website builders• Communicate with Designers on illustration/animation details, fulfillment timelines, and client revisions• Uphold high standards of quality, ensuring both creative and technical outputs meet or exceed client expectations and industry best practices.The Day to Day• Design robust, usable, and delightful illustrations and animations that adhere to client’s design language and illustration libraries, and address content-specific goals• Collaborate effectively with the Design teams in Figma and Slack to review illustrations and animation storyboards and page specifications.• Collaborate effectively with Design and Engineering teams to implement illustrations and animations for client website projects. This includes working on existing and upcoming projects, ensuring graphics are integrated seamlessly into client’s website experience.Experience & Qualifications• 3+ years of experience in creating digital illustrations and animations, preferably for a wide range of web projects in various graphic styles; from detailed Product UI to Infographics• Expertise working with modern animation formats such as Rive, Lottie, GIFs, MP4, and performance-optimized graphics for web• Strong understanding of illustration & animation principles, methodologies, and software• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of translating complex concepts into visual illustrations using modern collaboration tools such as Figma, Slack, and G-Suite applications• Self-motivated attitude with the a to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to real-time changes in illustration/animation scopesThe best parts of this job• You’re in control of your schedule.
