Account Executive I (Onsite)

Weedmaps is looking for an Account Executive I to drive client growth & satisfaction by managing a book of business, introducing clients to WM Business suite, collaborating with Account Managers, and driving revenue through sales consultations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business to meet and exceed revenue & retention goals
  • Introduce clients to WM Business suite in the region
  • Collaborate with Account Manager(s) on driving more value for shared clients
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities within the book of business
  • Develop client relationships to optimize their wholesale business
  • Lead customer experience to become a trusted partner and deliver business outcomes
  • Run performance reviews with in-depth knowledge of client health, performance, and opportunities
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams utilizing feedback to advocate for product enhancements
  • Ensure client data hygiene by updating & maintaining CRM

Education

  • BS / BA Degree or equivalent experience
