Compensation Manager

Weedmaps is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to develop and manage compensation programs that align with the company’s objectives while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of compensation practices and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs
Analyze market data and recommend necessary changes
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Manage salary and bonus programs
Conduct audits to ensure fair compensation throughout the organization

Education

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing compensation programs
Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation regulations
