Compensation Manager

Weedmaps is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to develop and manage compensation programs that align with the company’s objectives while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of compensation practices and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs
  • Analyze market data and recommend necessary changes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage salary and bonus programs
  • Conduct audits to ensure fair compensation throughout the organization

Education

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing compensation programs
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation regulations
