We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Supply Chain Process Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across strategy, planning, and process design. This leadership role will focus on driving long-term operational excellence through robust planning frameworks, data-driven strategies, and streamlined processes. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in creating scalable supply chain models, enhancing planning efficiencies, and aligning supply chain initiatives with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Supply Chain Leadership:
  Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to support business goals, improve agility, and optimize cost and service levels. Align cross-functional teams towards a unified supply chain vision.
• End-to-End Planning:
  Lead demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and capacity planning processes. Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to align forecasts and inventory targets with business needs.
• Process Design & Optimization:
  Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes using lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and digital transformation initiatives. Standardize workflows and implement best practices to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  Leverage analytics and KPIs to monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive strategic interventions. Implement robust tools and dashboards to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the supply chain ecosystem.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
  Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks through scenario planning and contingency strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory, sustainability, and ethical sourcing standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven expertise in supply chain strategy formulation, demand/supply planning, and process optimization.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to link supply chain strategy with overall business objectives.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis).
• Deep understanding of forecasting models, inventory management principles, and capacity planning techniques.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement focus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, digital supply chain innovations, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• Certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus.
