Douglas Elliman Real Estate is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing support to the Real Estate Agents and Admins. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people and a desire to make a positive impact in their community.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be detail oriented and proactive.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to adapt to change and have the ability to take initiative.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, filing reports, etc.
- Generate Sale Documents and Exclusive Right to Sell Agreements.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.26 - $21.99 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- East Hampton, NY 11937: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
