JOB SUMMARY:
To form, finish, join and assemble a variety of production and aircraft parts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform operations necessary to smooth and finish welded parts and assemblies.
  • Grind and smooth welded parts to appearance specifications.
  • Performs clean and leak test operations on welded details and assemblies.
• A check, join, straighten or hand form detail and weld assemblies in accordance with appropriate check fixtures, specifications, oral and written instructions.
• Use metal forming and trimming tools such as hammers, hand shears and drills, and operate fabrication equipment such as sanders, grinders, buffers, expanders, reamers and torches.
• Responsible for the quality of own work.
• Perform other related duties as required.
  

EDUCATION:
Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification.
EXPERIENCE:
No experience required.
