Lead Software Engineer | BASE
Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform focused on employee wellbeing. We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to build a scalable platform to support millions of users.
Skills
- Expertise in backend engineering
- Proficient in programming languages like Go, Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python
- Experience with cloud architectures, particularly AWS and GCP
- Knowledge of RESTful web services
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve services focusing on performance, scalability, and resilience
- Build Integration among services and tools
- Support existing systems to enhance functionality and scale
- Work in a collaborative and agile environment
- Drive architectural decisions impacting the microservices ecosystem
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
