Senior Tax Manager - job 1 of 2
Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform that connects employees to the best partners for fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep. They are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join their Finance team and manage tax compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily tax compliance in the US and Europe
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries
- Support Global Income Tax provision calculations and disclosure
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
- Manage local BPOs
- Communicate with the company's management and board of directors on tax matters
- Represent the company in tax audits and appeals
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related discipline
