About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor in Operations Payments as part of the Lockbox line of business. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In This Role, You Will• Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature• Receive, log, batch, and distribute work• Extraction of payments from envelopes• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles• Work under close supervision following established proceduresRequired Qualifications:• 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Lockbox experience• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills• Ability to achieve high production and quality standards• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentJob Expectations:• Ability to lift 15lbs• Comfortable sitting for extended periods of time• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time without getting tired• Ability to work overtime• Volume of work dictates the end time for the daySalary: $20hr. Eligible for 15% shift differential which equates to $23hr when applied. BENEFITS.Schedule: Sun - Thurs 10:00PM - 6:45AM or until work is complete. Fri/Sat off. This is an open-ended schedule with the start time and end time determined by workflow.
