Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Strategic Execution and Operations (SEO) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Action Plan Implementation Platform (APIP) Enablement Team as a PowerApp Developer. This individual will support and enhance the existing business tool suite used in regulatory program management execution and governance activities. Join our global team with unyielding curiosity in understanding user problems and behaviors creating solutions that delight users, are feasible to build and sustain as well as deliver measurable business value.The Developer will be responsible for creating applications using Microsoft Power Platform components along with maintaining the data environment. This individual will be working with internal and external stakeholders to create and support business applications, workflows and dataflows using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Excel and Dataverse. This individual will enhance and maintain the data model as well as the Dataverse environment. They will determine how to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire tool suite and be an integral participant in efforts to increase cohesiveness and simplify the existing tool suite. They are expected to bring strong problem solving, solution creation and partnering skills along with a team orientation. This role will have a significant impact on the usability, business value and effectiveness delivered by the APIP Enablement Team and SEO Teams along with supporting the company’s risk management objectives.Key Responsibilities Include:A successful developer will be responsible for the following representative tasks:• Understanding the APIP Business Tool vision and partnering with the Product Owner, Developer as well as team to clearly identify user needs and business process• Translating user stories into well-designed and documented solutions that meet user needs as well as business objectives• Creating, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform applications• Enhancing and maintaining the data environment• Driving simplification and scalability throughout the APIP business tool suite inclusive of the data environment• Employing an agile mindset and participating in agile ceremonies• Keeping Jira tickets up to date with progress and other requested information• Making decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional areas, governance standards, and products• Resolving issues and seeking alternative solutions while delivering expected results• Performing assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex problems and developing appropriate solutions or recommendations• Executing controls as required to mitigate risk.Daily you will be demonstrating:• Expertise in creating Microsoft Power Platform solutions, maintaining the current data environment, Agile, Scrum and Jira• Ability to determine the most efficient and effective solution to address the problem at hand and use of a wide variety of business tools to meet user needs• Problem-solving, recommendation formulation, execution orientation, strong analytics capabilities, continuous improvement and risk management skills• Experience building partnership and consulting effectively, while maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of the organization• Ability to communicate confidentially with strong attention to detail and writing/speaking in facts at varying levels within Wells Fargo• Ability to take initiative, work independently with strong planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills in a structured environment with minimal supervision.Required Qualifications:• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• 2+ years hands-on experience creating Microsoft Power Platform solutions and specifically creating applications for Microsoft Power Platform using Canvas and/or Model Driven frameworks• Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are preferred• .Net (C#) and Javascript experience interacting with ODATA and REST endpoints for Dynamics 365/Power Platform• Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and security within Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform applications• 1 – 2 years of Data modeling and database management experience• Significant Agile, Scrum and Jira experience• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks along with work efforts simultaneously• Comfortability working under pressure or strict deadlines• Exceptional attention to detail• Passion for learning and personal growth, specifically when it comes to product development• Self-starter with high degree of integrity and professionalism• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantJob Expectations:• Ability to work onsite at one of the locations listed below three days a week.
