Job Summary of Risk Management Consultant:A Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role is currently available within Wells Fargo's Consumer and Small Business Banking sector of their Branch Banking unit. The job responsibilities include proactively building ties with affluent clients, providing expert financial guidance, and ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management are in place.Job Duties and Responsibilities of Risk Management Consultant:• Acquiring and retaining affluent customers and small business owners requires a proactive approach. Initiate contact with these individuals and schedule appointments to demonstrate your commitment to building long-lasting relationships.• Utilize discretion and sound judgment to determine appropriate resolution protocols for moderately complex customer concerns.• Pinpoint banking challenges or corporate dangers that demand a deeper analysis for effective resolution.• Support customers with informed recommendations concerning appropriate financial choices and available services.• Keep a comprehensive understanding of the various banking, credit, and investment products and services offered by Wells Fargo.• Identify the specific needs of clients seeking professional assistance with business banking, mortgage, retirement, and investment services to deliver strategies and solutions that meet their requirements.• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as strict adherence to policies, procedures, and controls, is crucial in managing business risks.• Personalize financial plans by analyzing customer data.• Cultivate stronger bonds with colleagues in branches, affluent patrons, and collaborators to amplify customer satisfaction and sustainability.• Take charge of client interactions by exercising independent judgement, providing regular evaluations, and adapting advice as required.• Take on a leadership role in the branch team by offering guidance and support to your colleagues on relationship development and navigating challenging client situations.• Seek to expand your licensing portfolio by studying and testing for additional licenses that can be beneficial to your career, such as Series 7 and Series 66.Qualifications and Experience of Risk Management Consultant:• Prospective employees must possess at least four years of customer service experience, or prove that the same level of expertise was attained through work-related experiences, education, or military service.• My three years of expertise have allowed me to finesse my ability to create and maintain effective partnerships with clients and collaborators.• A skilled individual who has been providing consultation services on product and service recommendations for the past three years.• The financial services industry is multi-faceted, with experts in areas such as consumer finance, mortgage lending, investment banking, brokerage, and private banking.• Specializing in financial planning, providing clients with comprehensive investment recommendations, and creating customized financial plans tailored to clients' unique needs and circumstances.• If you have successfully completed the FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or recognized equivalents), you would be more favorable to us.• The successful candidate must hold the necessary State Insurance license(s).• Possession of a registered financial services job background is advantageous.• Exceptional communication talents in written, verbal, and interpersonal areas.• Knowledge of branch banking compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention is crucial to avoiding potential legal or financial threats that could arise due to noncompliance.• The skill to educate customers on multitudinous technology and digital banking options for their convenience.• Empowering small business proprietors with financial information rooted in business expertise.Benefits of Risk Management Consultant:• A pay package that is highly competitive and includes the possibility of earning bonuses and incentives.• 401(k) Plan• Paid Time Off• Parental Leave• Critical Caregiving Leave• Health Benefits• Commuter Benefits• Tuition Reimbursement• Adoption Reimbursement• Discounts and Savings• Scholarships Available to Support Children of Dependent College StudentsAbout Company:Wells Fargo believes in investing in our employees and supporting them in every aspect of their lives.
