Apply today.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant for the Customer Excellence Data and Analytics team (CEDA) within Remediation, Data and Analytics.Primary responsibilities for this role include utilizing database knowledge and business process to perform advanced data analysis to accurately identify populations of customers that require remediation and also to calculate the refund, account adjustment or other resolution. This role will support the Auto Lending team within Remediation Analytics.In this role, you will:• Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors• Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs• Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements• Lead or participate on large cross group projects• Mentor less experienced staff• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals• Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported areaRequired Qualifications, US:• 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Experience in Financial Services working with line of business data with Consumer Non-Lending data experience.• 4+ years of SQL and/or SAS experience.• 2+ year of Teradata experience.• Ability to develop requirements and strategy with line of business to ensure population and remediation calculation accuracy.• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets.• Expert level analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.• Outstanding communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.• Expert level problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.Job Expectations:• Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in one of the listed locations.• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Posting Locations:• WEST DES MOINES, IA• CHARLOTTE, NC• MINNEAPOLIS/SHOREVIEW, MN• CHANDLER/TEMPE, AZ• IRVING, TX• ST.
