About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support Small and Business Banking. As a Senior Business Execution Consultant you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In This Role, You Will• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partnersRequired Qualifications:• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Knowledge and understanding of Small Business products, services and solutions• Ability to identify, understand, and analyze opportunities to deliver segment and market growth• Ability to develop and lead implementation of strategic business development initiatives and marketing strategies• Ability to manage complex initiatives• Experience consolidating large amounts of project status information to identify key risks, customer impact, financial implications, delays, and issues that pose material risk• Ability to analyze metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verbally• Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: creation of business cases, project initiation, development of comprehensive business requirements, and identification of project interdependenciesJob Expectations:• Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.• Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a weekPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
