About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant in Corporate Risk as part of Corporate Risk Strategy, Planning & Governance. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.As the Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will serve as a product operations lead and join our product operations team. This is a new function in Corporate Risk that builds the connective tissue between our various products, product lines and cross functional partner teams. Through effective coordination and well-designed playbooks, we enable product development to drive meaningful outcomes more efficiently for our customers and our business. As a founding member of this function, you will help frame our scope and responsibilities and define how we operate as a team, and mentor others as we grow.In this role, you will:• Design, develop and document new operating process, practices and standards to support the product community• Establishing communication norms and standardizing the way information is shared out• Analyze data, user feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) scores to identify pain points and recognize potential opportunities• Develop a deep understanding of our product community needs, this involves continuous engagement with users• Support product managers and product general managers in increasing the operational efficiency of the organization• Monitoring product performance through key metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to identify successes and potential areas for improvement• Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational• Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership• Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertiseRequired Qualifications:• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Excellent operational background with a track-record of making data-driven decisions• Experience with agile development practices and lean principles• Experience in product management and software development, especially modern customer validation• Ability to create and refine processes to get to the right outcomes faster while enabling quick course correction• Ability to execute on and deliver complex solutions involving multiple stakeholders• Experience translating and presenting complex information in a manner that educates, enhances understanding and influences decisions at all levels including the executive-levelJob Expectations:• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time• Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job posting• This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule• This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorshipPosting End Date:2 Oct 2024• Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value DiversityAt Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
