About Wells FargoWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join the Legal Department supporting Enterprise Risk Programs and Governance. For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role you will:• Coordinate on complex matters to provide legal support of client questions• Track items assigned to subject matter experts and coordinate follow-ups as necessary• Resolve moderately complex issues within the Legal Department• Maintain trackers, e.g. a tracker identifying subject matter experts• Support maintenance of tools, e.g. shared inbox used for communication with internal partners• Prepare PowerPoint slides to provide update/status for team leads• Research topics as requested by attorneys supporting Public Affairs• Support preparation and maintenance of process guides and workflows• Support the tracking and preparation of reports related to key metrics (e.g., volume of questions received, response types, average response time, etc.)• Identify specific as well as broad underlying issues in area of expertise and work independently on very complex assignments without direct supervision• Develop relationships with key partners and be proactive in participating in strategic efforts while identifying and addressing issuesRequired Qualifications4+ years of years of Paralegal experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications• Ability to work as part of a larger team of resources to support delivery as and where needed• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills• Ability to serve as a Responsible Paralegal in support of the governance and reporting obligations of multiple legal entities in a fast-paced, deadline driven, collaborative environment• Understanding of Federal banking regulations and US state corporate law• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Relativity• Detail oriented and organized with time management and multitasking skills• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed organization• Strong team player who enjoys working in a global team
