About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Manager. This Manager covers jobs that identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirement gathering, and define scope and objectives for companywide / business systems integrated with technology development and infrastructure. Covers jobs focused on developing data and/or system requirements and implementing technical strategies and data solutions to meet the business needs.In This Role, You Will• Manage and develop team of Analytics Tool Leads, Change Management (Communications / Operations) and Coaches in providing value focused education and leadership on the Agile and Product transformation within CTO• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk factors in key areas of technology risk including security, stability, and scalability• Make decisions and resolve issues regarding technology or related policies that may impact multiple lines of business• Interpret business requirements and provide in depth Agile & Product expertise and consultation to business and systems management• Identifies, develops and implements plans and strategies to effectively manage organizational and behavioral changes focus on outcomes and sustainable value• A strategic partner to technology Product Managers, Technology Leaders and Product Owners for conducting evaluations and recommend appropriate application of Agile principles and modern engineering practices• Generates narratives, visualizations and/or summaries of information to enable senior leaders and stakeholders to draw meaningful conclusions and make informed decisions• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentRequired Qualifications• 4+ years of Technology Business Systems, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education• 2+ years Leadership experience• 2+ years working in an Agile/Product environmentDesired Qualifications:• Strong Proficiency of PowerPoint, Confluence, and Excel• Strong understanding of Organization Change Management (OCM)• Experience in Agile and Product organization transformation• Experience working in technology infrastructurePosting End Date:1 Sep 2024• Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value DiversityAt Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
