As a Sr. Collection Analyst in Finance Operations at Western Digital, located in the vibrant city of Biñan, Philippines, you'll be stepping into a role that is crucial in the heart of our financial operations. Your primary focus will be to conduct collections based on contract and invoice terms, interacting directly with our valued customers to manage the entire payment cycle efficiently. You'll be the detective who identifies and resolves discrepancies and issues swiftly, ensuring that collections run smoothly. A key part of your responsibilities will also involve monitoring accounts receivable reports, and you'll take pride in reconciling these records with our customers' accounts to ensure accuracy. As a Sr. Collection Analyst, you’ll get to review customer aging data to pinpoint delinquent accounts for collection and provide second-tier support to tackle more complex matters. Your keen analytical skills and strong technical aptitude will guide you in minimizing bad debt risk while maximizing collections. By preparing comprehensive weekly Collections Reports, not only will you track your progress, but you will also play a significant role in shaping management insights. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with various teams, from Sales operations to IT, ensuring everyone is aligned.
