WeWork is seeking a Community Lead to empower members to create their life’s work at the One Seaport location in Boston. The ideal candidate will ensure an elevated member experience through curated events, maintaining global standards, and promoting a supportive community.

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and task management
  • Proficient in local language and culture

Responsibilities

  • Complete scheduled conversations with members to maximize the value of their membership
  • Anticipate and meet member needs to enhance their experience
  • Conduct move-in and move-out processes smoothly
  • Support sales efforts through building tours and member support
  • Host and promote community events tailored to member interests
  • Manage building operations and safety procedures

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
