Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting all guests with a warm welcome
• Have menu knowledge of all wiches
• Prep, clean and cut vegetables
• Stock back-up dressings
• Weigh, pan, and date label all products
• Maintain product standards
• Restock station supplies as needed, including reach-in.
• Assist in receiving, verifying, and rotating product deliveries (FIFO)
• Use recipes and production tools
• Ensure order is correct and sides/accompaniments are included
• Call out each sandwich order by guest name
• Perform any other duties as required

Safety and Sanitation:

• Maintain a clean and sanitized area behind the line and in dining room
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes to sanitation standard
• Must be able to lift over head up to 15lbs
• Frequently lifting 15 lbs and occasionally 25lbs

Pay: $11-$14/hour including tips

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
