Responsibilities
- Produce written documents that clearly convey issues regarding outstanding balances.
- Review and reconcile payment applications.
- Make telephone calls to clients to discuss accounts receivable balances.
- Track website status of electronically submitted invoices.
- Record all collection activities within the assigned database.
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience.
