Window Nation one of the largest residential window installation companies in the US, is growing rapidly and looking for a talented email and marketing automation manager. We are currently in 26 markets nationally with plans to double in size within the next 5 years. In this role you will have the opportunity to build out the function for Window Nation and play a visible role in upleveling the companies email and automation capabilities. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and will collaborate with the creative team as well as digital marketing and analytics to develop high performance campaigns.

Core Role Responsibilities
  • Email Campaign Development: Design, write, and implement compelling email campaigns aligned with marketing objectives. 
  • Automation Workflow Management: Develop and manage automated marketing workflows, including lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and SMS text. 
  • Audience Segmentation: Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels to deliver personalized content. Management of data partners to expand our audience.  
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness. Build a testing strategy and work in partnership with the analytics, creative, and media teams, to collaborate on learnings. 
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on email content, promotions, subject lines, and audience segments to optimize performance. 
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR) and industry best practices. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, digital media and analytics teams to execute campaigns. 
  • Platform Management: Oversee the integration and functionality of email marketing and automation platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365) 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance email marketing strategies. 


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation roles 


Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms and automation tools (strongly prefer Microsoft Dynamics experience); familiarity with HTML/CSS for email customization. 
  • Strong ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making. Proven ability to report performance to stakeholders and create recommendations that  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, working with multiple stakeholders.  
  • High level of accuracy in executing and reviewing campaigns. 


$85,000 - $90,000 a year
