Sales Development Representative (Remote)


Are you an experienced sales professional with a knack for connecting with businesses? We are looking for skilled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team and help increase the number of demos set with dental and aesthetics practices. This role is ideal for proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to make a meaningful impact in sales operations.


You’ll play a critical role in connecting with leading dental and medical aesthetics practices, contributing to the growth of an innovative company. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated SDRs to work in a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic environment.


And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to start immediately!


Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


1. Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting to engage potential clients and build a pipeline of leads.

2. Demo Scheduling: Engage and build rapport with potential customers to determine their needs and schedule sales demos.

3. CRM & Dialer Management: Plug into and operate within existing CRM and dialer systems.

4. Lead Management: Track and manage leads and appointments efficiently within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

5. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the team via Slack to align efforts and provide updates on progress.

6. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with other sales-related administrative duties as needed.


Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course.

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)

• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

• Solid organizational and time management skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and VOIP systems, specifically DialPad

• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)

• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)

• Proactive & confident with keen attention to details

• Able to work on a graveyard shift


Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)

Location: This is a remote job


Salary Package: 

Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 61,500

Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 70,000
