Wing Assistant is looking for an Executive Team Supervisor to elevate our Executive Assistants' performance, ensuring top-notch service across various industries!About the Role:As our Executive Team Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in leading, coaching, and managing our remote Virtual Assistant team. In this position, you will focus on guiding team members to reach their fullest potential while fostering a collaborative, client-centric environment.Roles and Responsibilities:• Manage a team of Executive Assistants, fostering a positive, productive, and engaging work culture. You'll ensure each team member understands their goals and has the resources they need to succeed.• Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs. Regularly meet with each VA to discuss performance, set objectives, and provide actionable feedback for growth.• Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.• Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure high standards are consistently met.• Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve client concerns, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to improve overall team efficiency.• Encourage VAs to share insights and identify areas for personal and professional development.
