WinnCompanies is searching for a Senior Property Manager II to join our team and oversee multiple properties across Washington DC Region. You will oversee the following affordable housing properties: Southern Hills, Atlantic Terrace, Atlantic Gardens with a total 558 units.
In this role, you will plan, control, and direct the daily operations of the properties, maintain positive resident relations, meet the financial objectives of ownership and management, protect the value and integrity of the real estate, be responsible for all applicable regulatory standards and requirements, and manage on-site staff.
This opportunity offers a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually, with a potential 10% annual performance bonus.
