If you’re ready to jump into an exciting career in the world of retail, we’re ready to work with you!Job Summary:The Account Training Manager is responsible for the development of brand training tools/materials for the field team and managing one or more of Winston's brands/clients from a training perspective. In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with the Account Management, Field Operations, and retailer store management to ensure 100% execution of all client projects. This role will also ensure the implementation of visual initiatives directed by Winston and the retailer in apparel, footwear, and accessories is being executed consistently across all locations.This is a hybrid position and requires reporting to our New York Office 2x per week.Responsibilities:Job DutiesDevelop and execute brand training tools and materials to be deployed to the field team.• Create brand training tools to ensure that all talent is prepared to execute visits to meet the client’s expectations.• Collaborate with the Account Management and Field Operations teams to ensure that all client projects are completed to the brand’s standards.• Leveraging the brand tools and training, develop the full training suite including visit expectations, execution of tasks, and reporting requirements.• Collect feedback from Account Managers, Regional Managers, and clients to gain insights relative to training effectiveness.• Support Field Training Associates (FTA) development on respective brands in conjunction with the Regional Manager.Development and management of Field Team reporting.• Utilize and strengthen the SVR/Photo process to visualize and communicate results.• Collaborate with Regional Management and ensure that talent is on-boarded successfully.• Ensure store visit reports/photos for brand projects are to the Winston standard for client review and coach the field team to raise the communication standard and/or merchandising abilities, by providing coaching and feedback to the field team on a consistent basis.Training and communication for Winston’s client(s).• Provide direction and strategy guidance to the MC team, rooted in firm decision-making and creative solution-finding, when overcoming obstacles in the field• Communicate effectively to Winston Team (all departments), MC Team, Retailers, and Clients (Management and Field).• Drive the training and inspiration of our merchandise coordinator team to achieve flawless execution and increased retention rate.Qualifications:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Excellent and proven training, coaching, and presentation skills• People Management, development and assessment resulting in a strong team• Professional and influential demeanor with senior and middle management at retail and with clients• Ability to adjust to change regularly and be motivated by working with a variety of brands, categories, and retailers• Strong work ethic; dependable and committed• Goal driven, with an ability to multi-task and problem solve• Strong leadership, organization, written and verbal communication skills• Flexible, adaptable, dependable, and trustworthy to work independently• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email), able to use wi-fi.• Willing to learn new proprietary systems of WinstonEducation and Experience• 4-year or advanced degree a plus• 3 years of management experience within a department, specialty, or retail chain• Previous work as a retail coordinator or visual manager• Experience managing a team• Experience working cross-functionally in a team• Experience managing a client within an agencyWhat’s In It For You?
