Working at Wintermute


Wintermute is seeking a Freelance Designer for a short-term engagement (1–2 months) to assist in finalizing our rebranding efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our full-time Designer and marketing team to update presentation decks, create additional design assets, and support website updates.


Responsibilities:
  • Rebrand and update presentation decks in line with existing guidelines.
  • Create visual assets to support the rebranding process.
  • Assist with website page design and updates as needed.
  • Follow established design guidelines without the need for significant creative concepting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding across all deliverables.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Video animation and production skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to adhere to existing brand guidelines and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in crypto or finance is not required but would be a plus.


Note:
  • We would require this individual to have some presence in the office. However, we support significant flexibility regarding remote work and working hours.
