We are a growing, fully-remote team in the United States looking for collaborators who are committed to our mission, passionate about results, eager to build something amazing, and excited to have high levels of ownership, accountability, and personal growth.

Who We’re Looking For

With over 50 (and counting) successful product launches, We are looking for a Product Launch Manager who will be the nucleus of communication and project management between the many departments responsible for launching Wisp products. Your responsibilities include project management, cross-functional collaboration, program management, consensus building, timeline management and an ability to coordinate resources from a variety of supporting teams. Furthermore, as a Product Launch Manager, you will have a passion for being the “go-to” resource for all team members involved in our product launches.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop comprehensive launch roadmaps, including timelines, milestones and key deliverables to execute smooth, successful product launches.

  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure project readiness and managing dependencies.

  • Facilitate visibility and alignment by understanding the scope, requirements, and impacts of each cross-functional team participating in a product launch.

  • Equip all teams with the most relevant and up-to-date information to keep projects moving forward, communicating any potential roadblocks.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks by monitoring and reporting on launch progress.

  • Develop KPIs and metrics to measure launch effectiveness and drive data-driven improvements.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting post-launch reviews and implementing lessons learned.

This Role Could Be A Good Fit For You If…

  • You have 2+ years of experience working at high growth/start-up organizations with multiple verticals in project management, product management, consulting or a related role.

  • You have experience working with/launching physical products in an e-commerce environment.

  • You have 1-2 years experience working with Asana or Jira and Notion.

  • You have a proven track record of successfully getting multiple projects over the finish line and on-time in a complex, distributed environment.

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.

  • You possess an analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Please note: This position is contract-to-hire. This role has potential to convert into a full-time role after at least 90 days with benefits.
