We help Enterprise Shopify Plus Merchants with everything from custom built site optimizations to brand new eCommerce design & development from scratch. We've supported more than 1,000 Shopify stores, covering D2C, B2B, Wholesale, and Point of Sale (POS).

This is a contract-to-hire-opportunity (6 months contract and then FTE with the client). Allowed locations: Argentina, Columbia, Brazil. 100% Remote.

Role overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects for our Shopify team. You will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Your leadership and organizational skills will ensure seamless collaboration between developers, designers, and stakeholders, delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Shopify team projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
• Coordinate between developers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, resource plans, and milestones.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across all involved parties.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders regularly.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a tech or e-commerce environment.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools, such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
