You will play a crucial role in the hiring process, acting as the bridge between candidates and recruiters and contributing to the efficient recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Here’s what you’ll be doing:Greeting Candidates:Managing front desk and walk in traffic.Answering questions and handling incoming calls.Screening and Selection:Reviewing resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.Scheduling interviews and creating a list of potential hires.Onboarding Support:Assisting new hires through the company’s onboarding process.Ensuring a smooth transition for employees joining the organization.
