Join us in revolutionizing the way government agencies work and make a positive impact on the lives of millions.Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads within the federal sector.Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities within the federal government landscape.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted messaging and positioning for federal marketing campaigns.Create and manage marketing budgets for federal initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the federal government.Plan and execute events, conferences, and webinars targeted towards the federal sector.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making strategic adjustments as needed to achieve goals.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and government regulations to inform marketing strategies.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.Communicate regularly with upper management on campaign progress, results, and future plans.Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives.Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media, to reach and engage with federal government audiences.Ensure all marketing materials and messaging comply with federal regulations and guidelines.Represent the company at industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the federal sector.Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies to optimize results and ROI.Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
