We are looking for a Workday HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst with at least 1 year of experience configuring and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (Workday Preferred) along with a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
This role will work closely with key stakeholders to develop solutions, ensure data consistency, data integrity, and accurate generation and reporting of information.
Hamilton Lane is headquartered near Philadelphia; however, this role may be fully remote.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work in an administrative, technical, functional capacity within project teams and across business units supporting Workday.

Support the following Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation and Benefits.

Design and configure solutions and methodologies within the Workday application.

Manage internal workload and continually prioritize projects to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Communicate need for additional support as required to achieve deliverables.

Create Workday reports.

Provide Workday configuration for, and troubleshoot issues pertaining to, security, business process definitions and tenant setup items.

Provide hand-on configuration support across multiple Workday modules.

Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and formulate remediation plan.

Train other users in best practice methods for achieving optimal effectiveness, as needed.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS; Education and/or Experience:

Four-year college degree in business, organizational development human resources, information systems or work experience equivalent.

Knowledge of HCM systems in one of more of the following areas: Security, Business Processes, HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits and Reporting

Experience supporting system releases.

Ability to deliver high quality deliverables on time.

Outstanding skills in verbal and written communication

Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, allocate resources, and manage several priorities simultaneously while working in a faced-paced environment.

Strong functional and technical understanding of Human Capital and Systems Thinking

Demonstrated ability to maintain collaborative relationships.

Strong Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify areas of opportunity.
