As we embark on integrating AI into our operations for the first time, we are looking for a trailblazing Senior AI Engineer to lay the foundation of our AI journey. If you’re excited by the challenge of building AI systems from the ground up and leaving a lasting impact, this is the opportunity for you!

What you’ll do as a Senior AI Engineer…

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-powered chatbots and intelligent automation tools that enhance user engagement.
  • Train and fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific business needs, ensuring accurate and context-aware responses.
  • Establish the infrastructure and tools for scalable AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate conversational AI solutions into our platform.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven features to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and AI technologies, applying cutting-edge techniques to enhance system capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership in AI, establishing best practices and innovative approaches to solve complex challenges.

What we’re looking for…

  • 3-5 years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on building and deploying LLMs and conversational AI systems.
  • Experience with Designing and implementing RAG pipelines using LangChain, LLamaIndex, or custom retrieval systems.
  • Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, LLamaIndex.
  • Strong understanding of embedding models, retrieval algorithms, and document ranking techniques.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including data pipelines and preprocessing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable AI architecture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage.
