Reporting directly to our Director of Growth Marketing, you will be part of a dynamic team known for its ambitious vision and focus on delivering measurable results.We’re seeking an ideal candidate who brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical prowess, and a solid grasp of the B2B landscape.What you’ll be doing :• Demand Generation Strategy Development• Campaign Planning and Execution• Lead Generation and Nurturing• Sales Stakeholder Collaboration• Content Development to Support Demand Generation• Budget ManagementExperience and Education Requirements :• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in demand generation roles within a B2B organization• Proven track record of successfully executing demand generation strategies that resulted in measurable pipeline growth and closed revenue• Experience managing external agencies• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas for content, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, strategies, and results to both internal stakeholders and external partners• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions• Comfortable working in a high-growth and evolving organization• Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding key performance indicatorsAdditional experience preferred but not required :• Experience in the oil and gas industry• Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) software (eg - Demandbase)Essential Job Functions :• Regular, on-time attendance• Ability to travel 10% of the time• Ability to communicate effectively• Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone• Ability to use office computer programs such as e-mail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel• Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods• Ability to manipulate office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephoneMore than a job :Workrise is uniquely positioned to make an impact on the energy transition, which is arguably the biggest challenge of our generation.Our clients are leading the charge.
