Payroll Implementation Consultant

The Payroll Implementation Consultant is a multi-function role with the goal of transitioning mid-to-large Cleaning, Security and FM Contractors from their existing Timesheet and Payroll systems to the fully integrated Templa CMS ERP Solution. The core activities of this role are project management, business analysis, system configuration, customer training, assistance & handholding from implementation initiation, through to support hand-over. The role offers a broad set of challenges which is best suited to someone with a strong understanding of Payroll and Award Interpretation. This role walks the entire transition journey with the client and is not just focussed on software change. Business process improvement comes as a natural part of any implementation, and you will be passionate about seeing positive change in your clients’ processes. You will work closely with the Timegate+ Department who deliver fully integrated Workforce Management Solutions. As part of a Global business that delivers innovation to the FM sector, you will be able to identify and suggest continuous improvements to your clients with a large portfolio of products


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Business analysis & business process reviews (BPR)
  • Project management & scheduling activities
  • Design and implement a project training plan
  • Deliver end user training and train-the-trainer programs
  • System configuration to fulfil requirements as gathered in the BPR
  • Work with sister product Implementation Consultants to coordinate delivery
  • Implement data collection plans & data imports
  • Work with project management software to ensure consistent governance
  • Provide go-live and tier 2 support
  • Build great relationships internally and with clients staff


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Strong experience working in Payroll department OR
  • Strong experience in running Payroll implementation projects
  • A strong understanding of Award Interpretation concepts (specific awards not required)
  • An understanding of Cleaning, Security or FM Companies advantageous
  • Project Management 
  • Openness to working in a changing & growing business
  • Willingness to contribute and help improve internal processes
  • The ability to communicate clearly (verbal & written)
  • MS SQL Server skills advantageousUnderstanding of Accounting principlesUnderstanding of Payroll principlesProficient with MS Office & G-Suite products
