This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Virginia (USA) Overview: Intrepid Solutions is seeking an Inventory & Accounts Specialist to join our Engineering and Integration (E&I) Team which is comprised of a team of equipment procurement specialists, programmers, designers, engineers, and integration specialists. Our Inventory & Accounts Specialist position will report to the E&I Team Lead and will work closely with our Procurement Manager to build out, manage, and execute the entire suite of Zoho Inventory Management System.Responsibilities:• Work directly with our Procurement Manager to track, record, monitor, and report all equipment purchases in support of our E&I portfolio.• Work directly with our Pipeline Manager to build, refine, and publish work schedules based on the arrival and availability of ordered equipment.• Work directly with our Portfolio Director and our Accounting and Finance team to align monthly E&I invoices with vendor and manufacturer invoices.• Submit Monthly Status Reports to the Procurement Manager and our CIS Accounting and Finance Team by the 3rd day of each month (covering the previous month) which contain the equipment invoicing status of all active E&I task orders.• Receive procurement reports from the Procurement Manager and enter all data into E&I’s Zoho Inventory Management System. Data entry includes task order identification, equipment name, description, model number, part number, vendor, date ordered, date received, date invoice by the vendor/manufacturer, customer’s CLIN number/ID, procurement cost, quantity, and customer cost.• Manage the Zoho account, all data entered, and be responsible for the accuracy and availability using the Zoho online inventory management application.• Assist the Procurement Manager with integrating new procedures and processes within our inventory management processes and Zoho IMS.• Participate in weekly team meetings and be prepared to provide updates on the status of all equipment and equipment invoicing.• Produce internal E&I reports (custom reports and Zoho-produced reports) for the team’s review and analysis.• Communicate directly with our Accounting and Finance Team to assist their preparation of invoices and other accounting data.• Assist the Procurement Manager and the E&I personnel assisting with warehouse inventory management, visiting the facility once per quarter to conduct inventory management, quality surveillance for receiving and shipping, and other inventory management tasks which support the inflow and outflow of equipment within the facility.OPERATING HOURS AND LOCATION:• This is a full-time position with standard operating hours, Monday-Friday. Work schedules will be coordinated with the Procurement Manager and the Pipeline Manager’s schedules to ensure collaboration is maximized.• The work being performed by our Inventory & Accounts Specialist can be performed via remote location, using CIS and E&I provided computer equipment. Travel to the CIS headquarters facility in Ashburn VA will be required to on a quarterly basis to participate in quarterly planning and strategy meetings.Qualifications:CLEARANCE:• NoneEDUCATION:• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.• Bachelors' degree in related IT or Business Administration is desired.CERTIFICATION(S): The below certifications are desired. If one of these certifications are not currently held, then one must be acquired within the parameters listed below.• Lean Six Sigma White Belt, required (active or obtained within 1 months of hire)• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, required (active or obtained within 3 months of hire)• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, required (active or obtained within 6 months of hire)• Certified Scrum Master, required (active or obtained within 12 months of hire)• Training with Zoho, as offered/available, to manage software/application updates and refreshesREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:• 5 years of direct customer relationship experience.• Firm understanding (and continuous learning) of inventory management, inventory control, and equipment data processing applications used by our E&I Team to execute our work.• High degree of data entry accuracy infused with quality management and quality control.• Ability to learn, adopt, refine, and master our E&I Procurement model which is managed and controlled by our Procurement Manager and E&I Team Lead.• Experience working as a member of a team or within a team environment.• Solid interpersonal skills with team-based approach to problem solving and solutioning.• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.• Strong time management skills to include personnel schedules and task order team schedules.• Proactive training mindset. We incorporate a comprehensive training plan to ensure our entire E&I team remains current with industry standards and vendor/equipment updates.
