QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required preferably in business or supply chain related field
- A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment
- Over 3 years of leadership experiencewhich includes management of direct report
- APICS (Association of Supply Chain Management)-Certified in Logistics Transportation and Distribution

Job Summary:
A Manager of Demand Planning leads a team of Demand Planners that are accountable for the successful execution and fulfillment of strategic program objectives. Reporting to a senior leader within Planning, an individual in this role is responsible for driving a world class supply chain by overseeing the results produced by his/her team, mentoring, and providing direction to employees, monitoring work quality and coaching on performance. This individual applies a continuous improvement mindset, makes recommendations on process and/or system enhancements and propagates a continuous improvement culture across the team.
Essential Functions:
- Mentors, coaches, and contributes to the development of the team on standard policies, procedures and best practices while promoting professional growth
- Develops and utilizes operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gather insights, track performance, drive accountability and customer delight
- Owns execution and cross-functional accountability throughout WWT Supply Chain
- Proposes and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
- Ensures complex issues are resolved across multiple internal functional areas
- Acts as a thought leader to challenge cross-functional teams, elevate performance and ensure continuous improvement throughout the WWT Supply Chain
- Communicates clearly to drive expectations and instill consistency amongst the team
- Stewards the culture through utilization of the World Wide Technology Integrated Management and Leadership tools and concepts.
