About The Role

The Senior Director of Education will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive education strategies for both our customers and stakeholders. This role will oversee all aspects of learning and development related to the Worldly platform, ensuring that our educational programs drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for education programs that align with Worldly’s product offering and customer needs

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of all educational content, including online courses, webinars, documentation, and in-person training materials

  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to identify learning needs and create targeted educational solutions

  • Collaborate with Marketing team and partner organizations to develop shared training communication strategy

  • Manage vendor relationships, budget, and pricing negotiations

  • Develop partnerships with Sustainability and Social education organizations to drive content development

  • Monetize training and education programming to contribute to overall revenue goals

  • Manage a team of instructional designers, trainers, and content creators and drive professional development

  • Drive, measure, and manage the established metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of educational programs and drive continuous improvement

  • Use a data driven approach to decision making taking into consideration data from Tableau, Dovetail, HubSpot, internal systems, etc.

  • Oversee the ongoing implementation and management of learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies

  • Develop and manage the education department's budget

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SaaS education, environmental & social sustainability, and adult learning methodologies

We'd Like to See

  • 15+ years of experience in SaaS education, training, or learning and development roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful education programs in a SaaS or technology environment

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Sustainability knowledge is a plus

It Helps If You Have

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to measure program effectiveness

  • Knowledge of change management principles

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company

Compensation

Salary: $170k - $190k Annually (USD)

Bonus: 15% Annually

Incentive Stock Option Package

Work-from-home stipends

*Final compensation figures will be determined based on a wide variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.
