About Xelix 

Xelix is an enterprise SaaS company building the Control Centre for the CFO office. We work with some of the largest companies in the world and have a hugely exciting product roadmap in place.  

Initially focusing on the Accounts Payable (AP) space, we aim to reduce payment risk through the detection of AP errors, and to improve efficiency by automating manual AP processes.  

At the heart of our product, we leverage machine learning techniques developed by our data science team to provide a more sophisticated offering than existing solutions. 

 

About the Role  

The Senior Services Consultant leads the implementation of Xelix for customers and partners by serving as the project manager, and technical expert.   

This is an exciting role working within two functions within Xelix’s Professional Services team: Implementations and Partner Implementations. The role is critical in ensuring that any customers of Xelix are launched correctly on the platform and can use the platform as designed. The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, proactively mitigate risk and translate technical information for non-technical personnel are key success factors. 

The successful candidate would have experience in working with Enterprise customers leading software implementations. They must demonstrate excellent technical acumen, organisational and communications skills and a drive to ensure the client experience matches our culture and helps build enduring relationships with our customers.  

This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to leverage and hone their existing customer relationship management skills whilst gaining experience of leading projects and gaining technical knowledge of Xelix.  

As Xelix is a growing company, there are plenty of avenues for growth, and the progression in this role can be towards a career pathway in Professional Services, Pre-Sales or Customer Success. 

The day-to-day responsibilities of the role are described below. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading Implementation team on projects, and being the key point of contact for customers and/or partners 

  • Risk management and change management 

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience  

  • Experience of project management/implementations for Enterprise customers or large organisations 

  • Understanding of File Transfer protocols, IT project delivery and software security considerations 

  • Excellent customer relationship management 

  • Commercial acumen demonstrable by examples
