Senior Content Designer

Xometry is looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our UX Team, responsible for writing copy that enhances users’ experience and understanding of our platforms.

Skills

Strong understanding of UX principles
Experience working on cross-functional teams
Ability to explain complex features simply
Strong eye for detail
Ability to manage own work and prioritize

Responsibilities

Leading content design strategies within a cross-functional team
Planning and writing strong, succinct copy for various platforms
Upholding and improving the internal Unified Copy Style Guide
Ensuring language consistency and quality across the platform
Improving writing for designers and researchers within the UX Team
Participating in strategic planning and OKR creation
Leading copy testing, content audits, and competitive analysis
Using research and user feedback to iterate on in-platform copy

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
